At the heart of our practice is Andrea Van Woert, FNP, whose journey in healthcare is both inspiring and foundational to our ethos. Andrea’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2019 and a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2022. Her leadership skills and nursing excellence were prominently displayed during her tenure as the Director of Nursing at Michaud Manor, where she refined her approach to patient-centered care.
